Rachel began her career in Malibu, California, one of the toughest real estate markets on the globe, an experience that groomed her skills as a Realtor®. She spent five years as an office administrator in Malibu, where she was able to learn both in the field as well as on the back end reviewing contracts of top producing colleagues for compliance. With seven years spent in Los Angeles, six years spent in Philadelphia during college, and her formative years growing up in North Texas, Rachel understands the importance of local area knowledge and leverages that insight to deliver lifestyle-focused marketing. She prides herself in local area expertise and serves to help clients find homes perfect for their lifestyle. The experience of working in different states and regions helped her learn the market from the inside out. Today, she uses her varied background and expertise to deliver exceptional service on repeat.

In addition, Rachel has an eye for interior design and enjoys helping homeowners renovate their properties for added market value. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts and worked in the corporate world as a clothing & graphic designer as well as the film industry as a producer & costume designer before stepping into real estate. Rachel’s past work experience and exposure help her market homes effectively and negotiate the best price for her clients. She is currently launching a production side to her business hosting lifestyle videos, small business highlights and local spot guides to help empower and educate the local community as well as new residents.

In an effort to give back to local communities, Rachel donates at least 1% of each commission made to a charity of her clients choice. She is dedicated to reducing the impact of doing business on the environment. For this reason, she does not send out mailers and only prints documents at the request of her clients. In addition, she does her best to offer carpooling with colleagues, clients, and friends. She is currently facilitating a Green Business Certification with Blackmore Group & 4CORE.

In March 2020, Rachel relocated to Durango, CO, to live close to her family and loves to fish, hike, and sew. She relishes building timeless memories with her friends and family and loves to travel. She serves as a Fund Development Committee Member for Community Connections in Colorado, a company which has helped her sister and countless others with intellectual and developmental disabilities overcome insurmountable obstacles.
