Erika Goff

Erika grew up in the mountains of Colorado. This is where she began her real estate career at a young age, answering the phones on the weekends at her father's real estate office. She came to Durango in 1986 to attend Fort Lewis College.

She has over 25 years of experience as a real estate broker. As a dedicated, full-time professional, Erika has worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers to help them navigate the home buying and selling process.

She really enjoys working with people on the most important transaction of their life. Erika’s strong work ethic and desire to negotiate the best terms for her clients assures a smooth transaction and makes her an agent that clients return to again and again.

Erika attributes her success to several factors. She carefully listens to the wants and needs of her clients. She continually studies real estate data and market trends and is an expert on pricing and negotiating strategies. She maintains a reputation with her fellow REALTORS® for fairness and honest dealing. Her extensive knowledge of contract law helps to protect her clients’ interests throughout the transaction.

In her spare time, Erika enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Randy, and their two kids, Will and Hanna.
