As 2020 is drawing to a close, what a wild and crazy ride it has been. The Southwest Colorado region faced tremendous small business setbacks as our restaurants and small business shut their doors amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Real Estate however skyrocketed with the low interest rates and the desire to flee the big city took our country by storm. The great thing about the Durango geography is that we will always remain a small town nestled in the mountains, and maybe that’s what made us such a driving force for relocation this year.
We are so thankful for each and every one of our clients who made this such a great year for real estate, and our hearts are with our small businesses and tourism based businesses in town that are barely making ends meet. In order to help, we committed to purchasing all our holiday gifts locally. And will continue to assist our community in different ways.
We have weathered this pandemic with the great outdoors, spending time hiking on our trails and exploring the back country that is right out our back doors.
As we move forward to 2021 we hope to continue to be the number one recommended realtors for Durango and Southwest Colorado and we look forward to it with open hearts and open eyes.
